korean pancake made with just (4) ingredients - eggs, imitation crab meat, green onions and onions.

ingredients:
(10) imitation crab meat sticks
(5) green onions
(1) small onion
(3) extra large eggs
cooking oil
salt

direction:
1. julienne (1) small onion.
2. julienne (5) green onions into approx. 3" long strips.  
3. remove plastic wrap and shred (10) imitation crab meat sticks by pulling them apart.
4. add julienned onion, green onions and crab meat sticks in a bowl, crack (3) extra large eggs and add a few pinches of salt. mix well.
5. heat a pan on medium high heat. drizzle some cooking oil and add about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and shape the pancake into 4" circle.
6. allow to cook one side till light brown for about 3 min. then flip over and cook the other side until eggs are cooked through.

yield: about (6) 4" round pancakes
